How We Work

Our freelancer can installs, evaluates, detects, and troubleshoots different types of issues affecting computer systems or servers or networks. The individual will identify a faulty hardware or software of PCs or laptops and diagnose them. After the problem is being identified, they resolve them. However, we work more often with hardware peripherals than with software. They should be proficient with the widely used operating systems, such as Windows, Linux or macOS. They are the primary customer contact support and service.We are skilled with first-rate analytical and problem-solving skills. We will available to travel clients’ premises to fix issues whenever required. We have excellent communication skills, we explain technology to non-technical people. We are preparing to work flexible in hours.

We will carry out performance tests according to the requirements, prepare test reports of products if needed, remove viruses, and troubleshoot malware, adware, spyware, etc. We also adjust computer hardware components to ensure better performance and diagnose network connectivity issues. Our responsibilities also involved in replacing screens on computers, installing and configuring software programs, and assembling desktop and laptop, mobile devices and Macs.
